Whether you need help, want to volunteer, are looking to partner, or simply want to stay informed about what's happening in your neighborhood, the Community Hub provides immediate access and guidance. No more waiting for business hours. No more wondering where to start.

How to Access the Community Hub

Team Pursuit is a Detroit-based community wellness organization guided by a simple belief: strong communities are built through collaboration, trust, and opportunity.

Mobile App

Download free from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store by searching "Team Pursuit Community Hub."

Web Portal

Access the desktop version at teampursuit.org/community-hub. The web portal syncs with the mobile app so your information stays connected.

Cost

The Community Hub is completely free to use.

WHO IS THE COMMUNITY HUB FOR?

The Community Hub is designed to serve everyone in our community. Here is how different audiences can use it:

Youth (Ages 12-24)

What they can do: Access mentorship opportunities, join programs, connect with resources, get direct support from Team Pursuit staff

Parents & Guardians

What they can do: Enroll youth in programs, access family resources, connect with staff, stay informed on events and opportunities

Residents

Stay informed on community updates, report concerns, attend events, volunteer, access the resource directory

Volunteers

Sign up for opportunities including canvassing, event support, and neighborhood initiatives. Track involvement

Businesses

Partner with Team Pursuit, sponsor initiatives, hire youth, get listed in the Resource Directory

KEY FEATURES

  • 24/7 AI-Powered Support (Team Agent)

    The Team Agent is an AI assistant built into the Community Hub that is available around the clock. It answers questions, guides users to the right resources, helps with form submissions, and provides immediate support—no waiting for business hours. The Team Agent is trained on Team Pursuit's programs, services, events, and partner information to provide accurate, helpful responses.

  • Resource Directory

    A growing, searchable database of partner organizations offering support across a wide range of needs including housing, food access, employment, mental health, education, childcare, legal aid, financial literacy, and more. The directory is continually expanding as new partners are added. Organizations and businesses can submit their information through the Hub to be considered for inclusion.

  • Volunteer Coordination

    Easy signup for volunteer opportunities including community canvassing, event support, and neighborhood initiatives. Volunteers can track their involvement, receive notifications about upcoming opportunities, and stay connected to the team. All volunteer activities follow Team Pursuit's observe-and-report safety protocols.

  • Events & Updates

    Real-time notifications about community events, programs, initiatives, and important neighborhood updates. Users receive push notifications so they never miss what's happening in their community. The events calendar is updated regularly with upcoming activities, meetings, and engagement opportunities.

  • Direct Connection to Team Pursuit

    Submit intake forms, request callbacks, report safety concerns, and connect directly with Team Pursuit staff when you need support. The Hub provides multiple pathways to reach the right person based on the type of help needed, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.

  • Partnership Pathways

    Businesses and organizations can explore partnership opportunities directly through the Hub, including sponsorship, collaboration, youth employment, resource sharing, and directory listing. Partnership inquiries are routed to the appropriate team member for follow-up.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED THROUGH THE HUB

For Residents Who Want to Help

  1. Sign up for the Community Hub to create your profile and access all features

  2. Complete the Volunteer Survey to let us know how you want to contribute

  3. Attend community events and stay connected through the Hub for updates

  4. Share the Hub with neighbors, friends, and family to grow the network

For Businesses & Organizations

  1. Submit your organization's information through the Directory Intake Form to be listed in the Resource Directory

  2. Explore partnership tiers including sponsorship, resource sharing, and youth employment opportunities

  3. Contact Team Pursuit directly through the Hub to discuss collaboration and alignment

For Youth & Families

Youth and families can access the Community Hub to learn about available programs, submit enrollment forms, connect with mentors, access wraparound resources, and stay informed about events and opportunities designed specifically for them. Parents and guardians can enroll their children in Team Pursuit programs directly through the Hub.

THE COMMUNITY HUB VISION

The Community Hub represents Team Pursuit's commitment to building accessible, always-available community infrastructure. It is designed to be the model for what a hyperlocal, tech-enabled community platform can look like, one that is built by the community, for the community, and available 24/7.

As the Hub grows, it will become the central nervous system for community engagement in the 48205 zip code and beyond. Every new partner added to the directory, every volunteer who signs up, every resource connected to a family in need strengthens the network and multiplies impact.

The long-term vision is for the Community Hub to integrate with Team Pursuit's future Dream Center facility, creating a seamless connection between digital and physical community infrastructure that serves generations.
